Take the guesswork out of pricing your products with this calculator for Google Sheets. The product pricing template helps you set the right price to remain competitive and make a profit.
The product pricing calculator is easy to use and comprehensive. Let the automatic calculations do the heavy lifting for you. Enter all of your material, labor and other costs in one tab. Next, you can easily select cost components per product from a dropdown menu based on your input. All of the light grey cells contain automatic calculations that you don't have to fill out by hand, so you can also easily see where to input your own data.
The spreadsheet includes two methods for pricing: based on profit margin and based on target, or planned, price. Play around with the numbers to see what this does to your bottom line. A donut chart displays your cost breakdown. The layout of the template shows you your key numbers at a glance, such as the profit per product.
The pricing calculator is fully editable in Google Sheets. You can duplicate the product tab for as many items as you have in your store.
