This comes straight out of a time machine.
A 1977 bass with case and Bassman 50 tube amp, all on one original invoice dated December 31, 1977.
Almost 50 years old and still as good as new!
It si crazy but all tags, warranty certificates, and manuals for the case, guitar, and amp are present.

Even the case, the dust covers for the amp, the speaker cable, the guitar cable, and guitar stand are original!

This set has only had one owner; it has always been stored indoors and only played in the house.
Everything still looks like new. The chrome is still incredibly beautiful, the Tolex on the case and amp has minimal wear.
The Tolex has only a few minor blemishes, and the finish on the bass is still excellent.
That the set has been played was only visible on the frets, so these have been professionally leveled by a luthier.

Great vintage sound. The Bassman sounds pleasant, warm, and full with its 2×15" cabinet. Surprisingly, the 50-watt output is quite loud and, when pushed a bit, adds a very pleasant warm vintage crunch to the bass sound.
The Jazz Bass has a fantastic neck, allows for low action, and the underwound pickups growl!
